If TACT displays an error message, it’s usually a browser issue. Try opening TACT on your phone or ask a colleague to test it on a different computer. If it works there, the problem is with your browser, not TACT. Simply switch to a different browser and try again.

TACT is a subscription service used by the school to notify and educate school personnel about a student who has sustained a concussion. Entering student ID numbers into TACT does not constitute a FERPA or HIPAA violation, according to the Colorado Department of Education’s (CDE) Data Privacy Manager.
